Life Giving Psychology & Coaching is not an emergency service. There may be times when an emergency arises for you; this may happen for several unforeseen reasons. When a crisis happens, it can be difficult to know what do to and how to cope, but help is available for you.
Talk to someone you trust. You don’t have to go through this alone. Tell a friend, family member, your GP or someone you know how you are feeling; ask them to help keep you safe and well until you can get professional assistance.
If you are in crisis or if you are concerned about your safety or someone else’s safety, we suggest you present to the Emergency Department of the nearest public hospital. If it is a life-threatening emergency, please call 000 for police or ambulance.
