We are excited to offer our Thriving Business initiative, consisting of two evidence-based programs aimed at contributing to the development of psychologically safe and healthy workplaces.

Our programs integrate evidence-based research from neuroscience, psychology, social and behavioural sciences, business and coaching. The aim is to educate employers and employees about emotional intelligence, optimal thinking styles, resilience, mindful behaviours and best practice for working together to build resilient and developing businesses.  Our fundamental aim is to promote and create a psychologically safe and healthy workplace, in which there is a culture of “being well” and “doing well”. Our two signature programs are:

 
 

The Thriving Leader Program has an extensive focus on developing innovative strategies to assist leaders develop core skills of leadership including; self-awareness; emotional intelligence; managing conflict; strategic planning; overcoming obstacles and building engaged and productive teams. This program also includes material from the Developing Worker Program, so leaders can prepare to implement this program into their organisation.

The Thriving Worker Program assists employees to understand the impact of their own thoughts, feelings and interactions on their individual work experiences.  The first section ‘Me at Work’ focuses on understanding oneself, with the second section ‘We at Work’ integrating this material within interpersonal work relationships.
